The Shadows is a community of individually owned townhomes located in the heart Savannah – the Hostess City of the South.
In addition to being a quiet retreat nestled in midtown Savannah, The Shadows also has amenities including a clubhouse, pool, and tennis courts for residents and guests to enjoy.
Monthly Meetings
Monthly Board Meetings are held the fourth Thursday of each March, June, September, and November at 7:00 pm in the Clubhouse.
The Annual Meeting is held the fourth Thursday of April in the Clubhouse at 7:00 pm.
We encourage all our residents to attend and be part of our community dialogue and to get to know their neighbors!
